In 2003, under the leadership of Doug Harris and Gerry Kraft, Outreach Canada started the Transitional Leadership Ministry (TLM).  Through the years many people were a part of the growth and development of this ministry.  We are grateful for the development, training and supportive contribution of the following people: Cam Taylor, Alan Simpson, Craig Kraft, Bob Rose, John Radford, Larry Nelson, Robert Kuhn, Bob Rempel, Darrin Hotte, Gerry Teichrob, Olu Peters, Hugh Fraser, Eugene Neudorf, Dianne Boyle, Lisa Zastre, Heather Kraft, Phil Cox and Maggie Cox.    

As we enter 2020, we have experienced our own transition.  TLM will no longer be offered as a service of Outreach Canada.  Cam Taylor will continue to give leadership to this ministry under the new name, Transitional Leadership Network (TLN).  Outreach Canada is excited to see Cam take this network in new directions and to a new level.  We are grateful for the opportunity we have had to be a part of the development of this ministry and we continue to be a supportive partner.
